I think Honest 1 Auto Care is terrific. I've visited them 3 times now and each time they listened to my requests, inspected my car completely, gave me a detailed written estimate that was reasonably priced, but what was really amazing was that they only listed items that they noticed, that I already knew needed maintenance or attention, but I had NOT told them what they were. They didn't add anything I didn't need. That's honesty if you ask me. I was very satisfied with the finished work. My car sounds and rides great again, and I haven't had to take it back to my Ford dealer since I started coming here. Plus, customer service is excellent with friendly, patient people, along with comfortable, clean waiting areas with amenities.

I came in with no appointment at 7am and Vanessa got me in and out, in a shorter time that I was told. I love this place. It's very warm and inviting. And no trying to sell you. She did great with all the customers.

**Review Update** After going to this place several times over, I see a pattern of 1) They always try to upsell me something and 2) The Groupon I ordered is only good for exactly 1 year. So if you don't get your oil changes done exactly on time, you lose out on 1 oil change at the end. I didn't need an oil change just yet but my 3 months had been up. I waited until my odometer got to the suggested mileage for Oil change and now I lose out on 1 of my Oil changes due to a few weeks of difference. So the "Catch" on this one is that you must do your oil changes exactly every 3 months or you miss out on the last oil change and your value goes from $13.75 and Oil change to $18.33 per oil change which means you aren't really saving any money. While this may be an ok shop for Auto Repair the groupon is just another gimmick that you must follow exacting guidelines or you lose out. I'm heading back to the driveway to change my own oil. My son and I will have more fun that sitting in the lobby. Blessings! **Initial Review** Overall experience was great!!! With Groupon this was a great deal as well. At only $13.75 an oil change how can you go wrong?? Staff was friendly. Only took about 30 mins. Overall satisfied!!! And cheaper than doing it in my driveway.
