This is the 1st time I went to Honest-1 Car Care. Was looking for a new mechanic and it's location is closer to my home. I got an appointment right away and they were very accommodating. I have made another appointment for maintenance on my car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Nice guys that do not waste your time trying to get you to replace a bunch of stuff that isn't in need of replacing. If you say no, they don't push. They get you in and get you out, or they shuttle you instead of making you wait. And they do something in some form of discount(email, mail coupon, discount card) to keep competitive with anyone in the business.

It is great to do business with a business that is very friendly, and knowledgeable about your car and willing to go an extra mile to let you know the condition of your vehicle.They know whats best and what they are doing .

Prompt and friendly service. Waiting area is clean and comfortable & set up much like those found in dealership service areas. Shop area can be seen from waiting room area and it also is very clean and uncluttered. I was taken promptly on my appointment time, quote given before any work was done for my approval and itemized billing given on completion. I would recommend this service shop without reservation.

My wife and I were pleased with the facilities our car was fixed the first time. We were very happy with the employee Vanessa, which who was very nice and thoughtful. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars there and telling our friends.
