It is great to do business with a business that is very friendly, and knowledgeable about your car and willing to go an extra mile to let you know the condition of your vehicle.They know whats best and what they are doing .

Prompt and friendly service. Waiting area is clean and comfortable & set up much like those found in dealership service areas. Shop area can be seen from waiting room area and it also is very clean and uncluttered. I was taken promptly on my appointment time, quote given before any work was done for my approval and itemized billing given on completion. I would recommend this service shop without reservation.

My wife and I were pleased with the facilities our car was fixed the first time. We were very happy with the employee Vanessa, which who was very nice and thoughtful. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars there and telling our friends.

We brought our Nissan into Honest 1 at the Deltona location. I must say the facility is not what you would expect of a repair shop. Its absolutely beautiful inside. You can see everything that the mechanics are doing on your car at all times. And the consulatant that helped us, Vanessa, was nice, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. She was top notch. I will recommend Honest 1 to anyone I know who needs any type of repairs on their vehicle.

As you said, we offer a pleasant place to stay and we make sure everything we do is visible to our customers. Fast service and Quality work. Vanessa was very helpful and pleasant. The waiting room is so much better then other shops.
