Brought my 2000 Toyota Echo in for oil change today, previously phoned ahead to schedule appointment, was actually about 10 minutes late due to having an unwell dog at home, My car was ready in less than an hour.

Got in same day to get my air conditioner worked on, very nice/professional employees, great waiting area, and now my air works great!

They sure own up to their name Honest-1. I took my car in there this morning for a gas smell. They got me in right away and then informed me that it had a recall on it and take it to the dealer. Ira was the one that informed me of the recall I had no idea. Andrew is just as helpful and the whole shop is courteous. That was my second time going to them and they will be the only place I take my vehicle from now on.

They were courteous and accurate in their work. Even provided a shuttle to bring me home while I waited for repairs. The only negative I have is that the time estimates were severely off. Told me 3-4 hours but it took more like 8-9. Car is running great!!

Dan, We appologize for the length of time it took to repair your car. We should have kept you better informed. Sometimes Murphy rears his head and the work takes longer than expected. We are glad you used our shuttle service and that the car is running great. We always put quality first, even if it takes a bit longer. (Which we still do not want to happen!) Great service and very friendly. Came in for an oil change. Did not have an appointment. Andrew was able to have my car taken care of in a very short amount of time.
