I found it very convenient and Tricia Gosch was very professional and personable. Her listening skills were on point. The mark up on the parts could be a little better. They did not try to sell me service I really did not need, I know this because my husband is a technician too. As for the Tech who worked on my vehicle, he reviewed what we needed and what was completed thoroughly with my husband and all work was completed timely. I found the waiting area to be comfortable and clean. My car is running great, so far. I think I have just found myself a new Car Doctor. I will be going back for my regular scheduled maintenances. Best oil change service I have ever gotten. In and out under 30 mins with an appointment. Very clean facility and the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend to everyone.
