Took my truck here to get an oil change, service was great and my truck runs perfect

1st, when I walked in, I turned around because I thought I was at a 5 star resort! But, I was at Honest-1 Auto Care. The place was the nicest and cleanest car service shop I have ever seen. I was greeted by AJ, and told him I was here visiting my grandkids and my brakes were screaming! It was Saturday and I didn’t want drive it 3 hrs home to have my mechanic deal with it. AJ assured me they could take care of me and he handed it off to Edwin my technician. He inspected my car while I was watching and told some immediate issues I should address. I went back to my Daughters house and within the hour I got a text from Honest-1 and had a link which showed me pictures and explained all that was needed. I gave my approval and about 2 hrs later I received another email stating that it was finished and I could pick it up. Very impressed with my whole experience and I told my son in law, who lives in Deltona to use Honest-1 and tell everyone he knows to.

$91 for 4 quarts if oil?! I usually take my car to the dealership but I said let me help out my neighborhood small businesses! Never again! $125 for oil change and tire rotation! Thiefs

went here almost two weeks because of my engine overheating and the fan going off ( knowing it was my coolant) but my parents forced me to get it checked just to be safe. first they charged me $180 just for the diagnostic. which is ridiculously overpriced. they then came back and told me my water pump had broke. telling me i need to pay almost 1400 for repairs to get fixed. but i knew my water pump was fine so i went right across the street to Expert Car Care on elkcam and had them look at my car. HALF the price for a diagnostic, only $80! after he looked at it, not only did he inform me about what was ACTUALLY wrong with my car, but he just put a little coolant in it and sent me on my way just paying the 80. my car hasn’t had any problems since. i would HIGHLY recommend going to Expert Car Care. they actually know why they’re doing. this place took advantage of my not knowing much about cars and tried to scam me into buying a water pump. i tried to get my money back for the diagnostic but gave me a hard time about it. so do not go here please if you don’t want to be taken advantage of!

These guys were great. My daughter at Stetson had an issue with her car. Nobody at the shops in Deland could figure out the problem. They just kept replacing the battery. And, it was not an easy electrical problem to diagnose. These guys took the time to test and fix it. I worked with AJ. He was awesome to work with. Good dude. I like their process. They have a CRM that automates status reports over text. They were great communicators. If you have a problem that requires some diagnosis to figure out, they are the best around. Just judging from the reviews, it seems like I am not alone in my good experience.

RUNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! My son came in for a misfire issue and they charged him $179 for diagnoses just to tell him it’s a loose ignition coil. 2 days later another misfire. Upon bringing in his vehicle they told him 2 pistons are cracked and they want another $179 for diagnostic fees. When they didn’t catch it the first time. The SAME DAY. A tech drops a tool in the crank pulley and messes up the engine and the manager has the audacity to say “things happen man”. They will do anything including bullying to pay. The employees are super rude and disrespectful. DO NOT COME HERE.

Went for a diagnostic because of a check engine light on. After having the car majority of the day they tell me they couldn’t find the issue and had to drop the tank to do more research. Of course that’ll be a lot more money in there pocket and out of mine. $160 lost to these guys! I would’ve had the same results burning the money. Fancy looking shop but subpar service. Don’t recommend!

Recently family I've had issues with this shop. They tried to take advantage of a family members inexperience with cars quoting them $3000 for a job that should never cost more than $250
