I had my VW 2021 Serviced For A P02CC Code. Before I brought my suv in I had the engine light reset. I was contacted by service department saying they couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle and that no code or light was showing up. I had to inform them of the code and the minimum fire on fuel injector 1. They did provide services but to go from not knowing what was wrong to charging me roughly 1,200 including a diagnostic charge of $200 and them having to call me for the code and info on issue was odd. Service people were friendly. I lost two days of work. I was hoping to have a better experience with this company versus taking my vehicle to the dealership.

Made a appointment yesterday for 12 o’clock on Saturday. Told them I could not be there. I was out of town until Saturday. I go on Saturday and they tell me they scheduled me for the day before and now they couldn’t get to me so because of their screwup I have to figure out something else ,not any asking me just to wait and see if they could clear it out and get me in what a joke

Had low pressure in my tires a few times from weather temps fluctuating. One of those times there was something stuck in my tire they filled my tires and pulled that sharp metal object from my tire. As well as, making sure it didn't cause any leaks if it has gone in too far. Luckily it was fine. Employees are always courteous and helpful.
