Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service is great. Really nice people. And have complimentary snacks and drinks with a shuttle to take you back home. But thats about it. My car was running fine but I took my car in for a check engine light and gas pump kept stopping. They told me my evap system needed to be fixed along with axle repair. I was extremely overcharged for it but it was close to my house so I just disregarded. After the visit, my car would crank slowly to start and the engine light came back on. I was told it was running lean and needed gasket and air flow sensor replacement. I had just spent over $2000 for the previous work. Then i was being charged for $500 for this. I reluctantly accepted the new work to be done and get my car back. Engine light is off for now but my car is still slow to crank on and its getting slower. I call the shop to let them know and they tell me I have a bad battery. No one let me know I had a bad battery when everything else was being fixed and there was no mention of it on the report. The supervisor advised that it was on the virtual report but my initial virtual report had no mention of it and was not told verbally or on paper. I asked how much would it be to replace the battery and they advised over $350. This was my last sign to no longer come here. Over $350 for a battery and installation?? Crazy. I will not use them for the battery replacement and I will not use them for any future repairs. I do not recommend. TLDR: Good customer service, but car was not fixed to satisfaction and was extremely overcharged. Go somewhere else.

So far, they have been excellent in service and information. We have been using them for several months since moving to Deltona.

Super fast! So friendly! I dropped it off at 3:30pm expecting to hear from them the next morning and they called me in less than 2 hours to pick it up. Such a lifesaver for me because already had to miss part of a day at work and not have to miss more the next day - that just meant the world to me. GREAT EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☺️

Great service her as usual. Brought my caddy in because my power steering was "acting up". They checked it out , then found the cooling fan was not kicking on at idle and low speed. Fixed that then on test drive , the alternator failed. Both repaired at cost suggested by Repair Pal. Quick turn a round. Car drives great. Thanks, to AJ, and Andrew. Been coming here for years

Honest-1 Auto Care is a fantastic mechanic shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recently had my daughter bring my truck in for a battery replacement and they made her feel comfortable and got the battery installed quickly and sent her on her way. They have payment by text link so she did not have to cover the cost of the expensive AGM battery we had installed. The entire honest-1 team has been maintaining my personal and company vehicles for years and I couldn’t be more pleased. They offer free local shuttle service and have a comfortable waiting area with free refreshments and drinks if you have to wait on your repairs. They also host ladies nights where they teach women about repairs and perform demonstrations on how to jump start your vehicle and change a flat tire. All great things for young drivers to know to keep them safe. Keep up the great work and thank you for living up to your name!!!

I had an awesome experience two weeks ago at Honest Auto. I came in like a frantic mother with my two kids because my car barely made it there (car all of a sudden started trembling and about to turn off while driving). The guy at the front desk was super helpful and took my keys immediately to get started on my car. A lady there changed the tv without asking so my kids can watch some cartoons and they offered them some cookies. Service advisor AJ was awesome keeping me updated with my car. Service was done in a couple of hours and price was comparable to others. Service was the best I’ve received at any auto shop and the best part was they didn’t try to rip me off as a woman with two kids that doesn’t know much about cars. So for that and for taking care of my car, I thank you so much! I’ll be taking my car there for any needs from now on.

Extremely satisfied with this location. They were friendly and had me in & out quicker than I thought it would take to do my timing job on Expedition. Back on the road and riding better than ever. Thanks to Andrew and AJ, I will definitely be back for service if needed in the future 👍🏽👍🏽
