The love and care this team put into taking care of me and my car was truly amazing. They got me up and running again within a few days, for a good price and of course many laughs. Feels like family. Richard provided excellent customer service, always kind and with a smile. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me beforehand and the prices are good. The work done on my car was outstanding and everything was completed in a timely manner. Even with all the shipping hassles we had to put up with, Richard remained calm and patient. What started off as a bad experience (my car being stolen), turned out to be great experience. I will recommend Honest-1 Auto Car in Beaverton to all my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done!

GREAT WORK!!!!! Arrived at 7:50 for 8AM appointment. Greeted with a smile and a "Let's see what we have listed for you!" And then, after the review....."anything else we need to look at???? Technician, Jose who I knew from his last place of employment, came out for my vehicle so I was happy to have someone I knew, but I was already impressed with the attitude at check - in. I signed up for their text messaging to let me know how the appointment was going and to stay informed throughout the visit. Awesome tool!!! No surprises! LOF, Rotate and Balance of Tires and out the door a touch after 9AM. Price very reasonable. No reason to look for another place to have work done on my car!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!
